"A couple of downsides we had about the property. First it wasn’t clear that the hotel catered more for Spanish Holidaymakers, particularly with regard to the meal choices (although we didn’t have an issue with this). The other thing is that I think we were put in an accessible room ( possibly because of My Dad’s age although he has no major mobility issues). The room was big but had no balcony or terrace like others on the same floor. Apart from those issues we enjoyed the hotel and found it ideally situated for the beach and transport hubs."

"Comfortable and air-conditioned with entertaining view of the pool from 4th floor. Staff all very helpful, our linen was changed every 3 days as we were told. Very convenient location, with good Mercadona supermarket on ground floor of building, less than 10 minutes to the railway station and less than 15 min to the beach. Hundreds of restaurants, ice-cream 'Helataria' and 'Gelateria' everywhere! We enjoyed our stay. The green travel card for the bus and train was brilliant; buy it from a Tobacos shop. It costs €1.50 plus the amount you load on it, but is much cheaper than buying tickets for each journey (e.g. €1.20 vs €3.70 to travel one-way from airport to Los Boliches, nearest stop for Nuriasol). The card is valid for all stops on train from Fuengirola to Malaga centre and on local blue C-line and green M-line buses. We (2) went to Mijas, Torremolinos and Malaga (all return trips) as well as the airport (single) and Fuengirola, and still had €6.59 left from initial €25 loading. We cooked, so found kitchen equipment a bit sparse: basic plates, dishes, glasses and mugs, a few pans. The only knives were cutlery for eating, no sharp knife (so had to buy one and leave it behind as not aircraft friendly!). We also bought tea-towels (none provided) and small non-stick saucepan (both taken home with us), as well as kitchen tissue, salt & pepper/herbs (left behind). Overall score 4.5/5, just let down by the kitchen equipment."

"Honestly, it was a great stay. The staff were very nice and attentive (typical Andalusian hospitality). The apartment was big and well equipped. The area was closed to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. There’s a few markets near as well like Mercadona. They lend you beach umbrellas, beach chairs, grocery charts, and a few other useful things. My only thing was that when we got the apartment it was not very clean. I spoke to the staff about it and they immediately sent someone to clean it which was nice. It was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely book again!"
