"Thermostat didn’t work. Back entrance wasn’t always locked. Ate breakfast about 8AM, hot items were like warm. Staff were very professional and attentive, but I called to see if I would be able to check in a little early and was told there would be a $30 charge "

"We visited the Chesterfield area during a wedding weekend. The hotel location was great as far as nearby things to do. It’s close to the Spirit airport. Restaurants and shops (not the outlets, but also great) weren’t too far away. The staff might’ve just been short, but we frequently would have trouble pinning down a hotelier for extra towels or a do not disturb sign—which we never received after asking two different people. Both elevators were a little sketchy. One would jump and the other sparked. But there was no one to tell because there barely was ever an attendant at the front desk. There was painting and maintenance going on so maybe they are working on it."

"desk attendant not at all friendly acted as if our presence was bothersome. Call button on exterior wall of second floor elevator was broken, all the time we were there (3 days). First room they put us in had leaking bathroom sink, got moved to 2nd room. That room had no leaks we could detect. We did not partake of morning breakfasts, they looked like every other hotel breakfast, not very appetizing. Even though we repeatedly asked, both mornings we woke up there, we did not get towel service and trash cans emptied"

"The room was not clean. Couch had stains all over it. Bedsheets were found put on inside out and stained. The shower had mold in it tub faucet separated from the wall minimal amount of toilet paper when we ask for separate bedding to put on the couch was provided sheets and told that was all we could have no comforter. It sounded like I heard of elephants we’re going to drop through the ceiling I didn’t give in time Staff were unable to deal with noise complaints like could be seen through the hotel door and at one point, a staff member came barging into our room stating oh my gosh, I didn’t know they rented this room out. Worst stay ever if the room hadn’t been booked 24 hours in advance we would have left."

"Nice property in the St. Louis area! Very clean and luxurious feel to it. Very safe area as it is up in the mountains and away from the city, police department is even next door. Everything is in walking distance. Our room had a very comfortable king size bed, a couch, nice chair with foot stool, desk with computer chair, fridge and small microwave. The continental breakfast even had Jimmy Dean sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. We were only there one night so we didn't get to enjoy any of the onsite amenities. It is rated as a destination and venue for weddings, etc."
