MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

The home accommodates a maximum of 13 guests. All guests must be included in the reservation.

LAKE ACCESS

Our home is not directly waterfront. Guests can walk through the neighborhood to the community dock in under 5 minutes.

Lake activities are subject to weather, water conditions, and community rules. Children should always be supervised around the water.

QUIET HOURS

Our neighborhood observes quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors.

WELL WATER

The property operates on a private well system. Running several showers or water-intensive appliances simultaneously may temporarily reduce water pressure.

SEPTIC SYSTEM

The home uses a septic system. Please flush only septic-safe toilet paper. Wipes, feminine hygiene products, and other materials must not be flushed.

STAIRS & ACCESSIBILITY

The home has two levels. The lower level includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a separate living area with step-in access.

PARKING

Driveway parking is available for approximately 8-10 vehicles.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT

Early check-in may be available with advance approval, depending on the cleaning and reservation schedule.

Late checkout may be accommodated for an additional $50, subject to availability and advance approval.
