My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Talga. The place was very clean and neat. We really enjoyed seeing all the kangaroos on the property. It was so relaxing to stay on a vineyard. Views are beautiful. We had such a lovely sleep. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Property was near to all the local attractions but away to be able to enjoy. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Nice area with a view on the pomegranates trees at the back on the house , you can see the kangaroos jumping away on the 25 acres properry. So peaceful.

Views & Kangaroos

Lovely accommodation with a lookout to grape vines and kangaroos in the morning. Breakfast provisions supplied, including cereal, bread and bacon & eggs. Comes with a large enclosed veranda with BBQ facilities. Could not have had a more perfect weekend away anywhere else in the Hunter, thanks to Talga Estate.

Friendly and helpful family run accomm,a great sta

Our room was pretty huge, loved spa bath and the amazing views of vineyards and mountains from patio. Airconditioning was good to have in summer. Family run business with staff who were really helpful and gave me good recommendations of restaurants etc Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and they supplied things like milk, bread, eggs, bacon, cereal, really handy! Overall a great stay,would recommend!

Beautiful clean accommodation with pretty views

Although very hot when we arrived, our accommodation was so clean and had quality air conditioning so we settled in straight away. Complimentary bottle of wine and breakfast were a nice touch. Would happily stay there again.

Quiet spot for a romantic getaway

We stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary and it was the perfect spot for a quiet, relaxing weekend away. We had everything we needed in our room and were made to feel at home by Leila and her team. Although we checked in late, this was no problem, and we were free to check out as late as we wanted.

Excellent location, great service,

Talga estate is a family owned, run by a lovely couple. The room was absolutely gorgeous, with both the bedroom and lounge room looking out to the lovely vineyard. The fridge was stocked with complimentary bacon, eggs, juice, milk and bread as well as bottle of chardonnay. The bbq on the porch was a nice touch, and we made use of it two occasions. Everything about the stay was wonderful and we would definitely come back and stay here again.
