"Great Location, unique accomodations with individually decorate rooms but unmistakeable Turkish hospitality tops everything! I had so many problems during my trip but people all across and this hotel staff, each and every one of them, were beyond helpful, kind, friendly. They really all go out of their way to make guests feel welcome, safe, happy, taken care of. Cannot thank them enough for their help. The price (even last minute booking) was very reasonable. Amazing huge traditional Turkish breakfast was super delicious! Honestly, cannot recommend enough this hotel! This was my second time staying here in 3 years actually and they were so many additions, renovations and updates notable."

"The room decor was nice and the staff are very helpful. However, the location of our room was terrible. It is right next to the entrance of the restaurant so the guests stand in front of our room door, drinking, smoking and waiting to be seated at the restaurant. They stood next to our only window which we had to keep closed for privacy. Beer bottles and wine glasses were in front of our door and on the window sill in the morning. The music from the parties is loud and continúes until 10 or 11pm making it difficult for guests who want to go to sleep early in order to wake up before down for balloon rides or to see the sunrise. I recommend ensuring your room is far from the restaurant."

"Amber suites is amazing. Check out the moonlight suite for the best views. It has two amazing private balconies that you can use to view the balloons every morning. the staff is amazing and helps you with everything, even above and beyond. It’s a family owned business and you really get the attentiveness that comes with that. Beautiful hotel, amazing experience"
