"The room was spacious. The staff couldn't be better. The breakfast was great. Balloon flights were cancelled for several days, but the staff was able to get us a flight on the one day that they were flying. They arranged the airport transfers and handled issues with Sun Express Airlines."

"A good place to stay at. Location is fantastic. The sunset viewing point is literally behind the hotel terrace. I think it's the best place to stay. The staff is so warm and friendly. They make the stay so much better! The breakfast is also fantastic. So much variety and everything is delicious! The room was pretty standard for cave hotels. The ventilation in the bedroom is lacking but otherwise, the rooms make for a comfortable stay. The private terrace is a big plus. There are stairs. So if you are older or have heavy suitcases, ask for a ground floor room. The hotel can also organize tours, hot air balloon rides and airport transfers. They also run an amazing coffee workshop and so, a lot for the Reviews are for this workshop. Overall, it's a good stay for a moderate pr!€e. You're in the thick of a lot of the shops and restaurants. Great views of the balloons if they fly that day"

"The room decor was nice and the staff are very helpful. However, the location of our room was terrible. It is right next to the entrance of the restaurant so the guests stand in front of our room door, drinking, smoking and waiting to be seated at the restaurant. They stood next to our only window which we had to keep closed for privacy. Beer bottles and wine glasses were in front of our door and on the window sill in the morning. The music from the parties is loud and continúes until 10 or 11pm making it difficult for guests who want to go to sleep early in order to wake up before down for balloon rides or to see the sunrise. I recommend ensuring your room is far from the restaurant."
