"Luxury hotel inside the park. We stayed 1 night it was so convenient to visit 2 viewpoints. They also have the best breakfast buffet."

"Hotel with individual lodges, bit dated, had a basic kitchen area. Bed ok. Unfortunately partner got food poisoning at the restaurant, had not eaten anything else that day. Not only i messaged them trough whatsapp and via hotel.com, as soon as I knew around lunch the day of check in, but they also never provide information for hôtel transfer they claim to offer, and they never opened up or provided the key as they were closed, which I found out at 4am being left alone there. This is unacceptable."

"Great location just 1 block from the bus ststion and easy access to a 40 min ride to Iguazu National Park. Delicious breakfast buffet. Great value. Fantastic pool abd pool bar. Reasonabke priced spa with great services. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone. Especially comfortable for families."

"We couldn't have picked a better place to stay in Iguazu Falls...it was just like a tropical paradise! The staff was so accommodating, the breakfast was awesome, our room was so clean, and the surroundings were so peaceful! We would love to return some day!"

"Stayed at Loi 2 nights in a superior room. It is difficult to find high end hotels in the Iguazu area unless you stay at the Gran Melia for double or even triple Loi's nightly rates. Do not expect luxury here. While Loi advertises as 5* it certainly is missing the qualities and details of a high end resort. It really is a 4*. As an example, there were many things broken in our superior room: blinds in bathroom, tub very worn out, lamp shades by bed crooked and loose. We complained twice to house keeping about the toilet getting clogged. Curtain loops are torn. Restaurant seats had stains... With that said, the location is beautiful and pool area with tiki bar is very nice. I wish management paid attention to details, with the right care and some refurbishing this could be a marvelous hotel given its location. Stay here if you are OK to settle for less and to receive decent accommodations without the luxury."
