"Overall, we had an excellent stay. The room was clean, the facilities were well maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping our room clean and providing fresh towels and other essentials throughout our stay. The only issue we experienced was that the air conditioning seemed to stop working on our third night, as the room had been cooling properly up until then. We did not contact maintenance since we were scheduled to fly out early the following morning. Aside from that, we were very pleased with our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and service. We would definitely consider staying here again!"

"I had a fantastic time up there, it was well center and pretty close to everything around the area, a great bargain for your buck especially around that area when most hotel were going for $500 a night, close to the memorial site for 9/11, the bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious, clean and smelled good, the gym was well equipped and functioning, the coffee machine in the lobby was amazing, and the views outside the one40 restaurant were incredible, the staffs were friendly and willingly to help, especially Arden, she really went above and beyond to help make sure we were comfortable and provide all the necessary information that we needed, and Solomon as well, I will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone visiting Manhattan New York."
