"Paid extra to have club access…just not worth it. Breakfast consisted of some so danish, croissants, fruit salad and yogurt. Nothing added to midday …even saw the fruit salad still there. We had a suite…fridge empty, not even a bottle of water. Bedroom very sparse .. broken window shade and electrical outlet under window didn’t work….found out the next day when I was sightseeing and my battery was dead."

I went down to the lobby to collect more towels and the front desk attendant was hesitant on proving me a handful of towels to clean up. Ultimately, I had to switch rooms. "
