"Place was amazing
I booked 3 separate rooms
We got there and to our amazement the front desk lady insisted I booked 1 room
We asked to see the booking confirmation and when we looked at it there was 3 separate rooms booked
The lady at front desk response was we did not look at the full message ie booking confirmation
Both the front desk lady manager was completely not helpful
Offered us the farm cottage which was in the bush away from the restaurant etc
Eventually they had given us 2...

"I absolutely loved my stay. The facility was impeccable. The staff were friendly and helpful-making for a relaxing and pleasant experience. Buyi was very helpful in coordinating activities. The restaurant served fresh, healthy, and delicious food. I highly recommend this guest house. "
