"I stay here everytime I’m in London and it’s always amazing. Breakfast has so many great options, room is clean and so large. Having the two rooms is great for a family. Can walk to great restaurants and shopping"

"Good accommodations. The desk in the room had something sticky on it and clearly wasn’t cleaned well. The house of hope is next door and there were about 20 people sleeping on the sidewalk outside and who harassed me when pulling in the parking lot. Though, I did expect more issues."
