"Room leaning services for the seventh floor were great and very responsive. Food options were spectacular and hospitality and attentiveness of front desk was superior. The only problem was the disruption of transportation to/from the hotel due to construction. Uncomfortable, inconvenient, and dirty, Can traffic be routed to another point other than the from of the hotel? Regrettably this construction will limit my ability to use the hotel for the next two years."

"Very friendly staff all round at The Lofts. Great check-in experience and customer service while we were there. Some slightly rough edges around some of the fixtures and fittings in the room but these are easily over looked with the friendliness of the staff!"

"Small but clean room. Hot water for shower with good water pressure. Excellent service at reception, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Breakfast was buffet and they also made customised dosas and omelettes on demand. They offered 1 pm checkout for free and had amenities on hand, including a comb. Very happy with the stay."
