"Perfect location and very safe neighborhood. Hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. Check in was great. Staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Offered to store our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready. Our room was very clean, comfortable and ac kept the room very cool. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. They even packed us a to go breakfast on our way to the airport. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. Hotel is close to amazing restaurants, delish gelato and lots of cafes. The historical section is close by as well. I’d say it’s a 15-20 min walk but so many sites to see it feels like. 5 minute walk. This was our third time to Rome. We have already seen the sites so we did a food tour, underneath the Trevi fountain and day trip to Frascati and went to a winery. Sept weather is perfect. A little warm walking around but sunny skies and lots of sunshine. At night it was still 83 degrees and didn’t even need sweaters. Enjoy Ciao!"

"cannot thank the staff at H10 Roma Città enough for their incredible kindness and professionalism. Due to a major technical glitch with Expedia, our reservation was confirmed even though the hotel was completely overbooked. We arrived late at night with a child, exhausted after facing multiple booking system errors across Rome. Even though they had no rooms available, the staff treated us and a few other families in the same situation with immense respect, compassion, and warmth. They allowed us to stay safely in the lobby until morning and actively tried to help us find alternative accommodation. While our overall trip to Rome was ruined by third-party booking platforms, the humanity and care shown by the H10 Roma Città team was unforgettable. If I ever return to Rome, this is the ONLY hotel I will choose to stay at. Highly recommended for their exceptional service!"

"Nice hotel and very good location! Super close to the train station which was fantastic. Staff were friendly and the whole stay was easy. The hotel requires you to buzz to open the gate and go up several flights of stairs or an elevator. If you’re okay with that then it’s all good! I didn’t find it a problem at all :) very nice"

"Truly an incredible hotel! The hotel staff was outstanding. When we didn't know how to control the Air conditioning, they were able to remotely set it for our desired temperature from the front desk- really cool technology. The breakfast was amazing, with so many options and a Barista Bar who could make you any drink/coffee you like (he was an expert, and I am pretty sure the espresso machine was worth a couple cars - super lux). We will only stay here when we come to Rome, truly amazing We ate at the restaurant downstairs and the food was incredible, the carbonara was truly amazing, even better than what I had in Florence. This is the best deal ever. You are getting a 5 Star hotel for a normal affordable price, truly amazing!"
