房間空間蠻大的乾淨程度也很棒，至於教育的部分我覺得還可以接受還算蠻安靜的。
遊戲室空間很大，睡覺的地方也有區隔吃東西看電視也有一個小空間。

很友善的住宿環境，接待人員很親切客氣，也很體諒老人家的不方便。唯一小小的遺憾是隔壁訪客說話比較大聲，在電梯的公共走道講話，房內聽到很大聲，這可能也是住宿業者無法控管的事情。

適合親子同遊的歡樂民宿

靠近羅東火車站、古蹟廟宇和夜市的超值民宿，房間裝潢的很溫馨，該有的都有，適合一家大小來玩。羅東是居住密度非常高的城鎮，所以停車有點不方便，要花100元停車費，但是客房人員在大雨中，陪我去停車，服務態度很友善，這錢還是花的值得。

整體來說很好，距離羅東夜市超近，走路就可以到！超推！ 但是可能是因為住一樓的關係，晚上12點多還聽得到大廳有小孩的聲音，也有洗衣機跟共用浴室洗澡的聲音，希望民宿老闆可以限制洗衣機使用時間！
