地點方便，但睡了兩個晚上，總是癢癢的，房間維護要改善。前枱職員很友善也很專業，早餐阿姨態度欠佳，看見她怒罵兩個女生，女生們只是忘了收拾餐盤，她們發現後便立刻收拾，阿姨實在用不著臭臉擺架子。

很棒的旅店，下次還會再來

房間很乾淨，離車站近，走路5分鐘，羅東夜市也近，而且櫃檯人員很有禮貌，詢問的問題也耐心解決，最重要的是這種價位居然提供自助式早餐，真是太好了。

我給不好的評價

鄰近羅東夜市！沒有停車場！但對面有付錢的停車場！網路上照片太溫馨！實際根本不是這樣！很像開房間的炮房！為什麼這麼說呢？我們一去check in 櫃檯小姐人不錯！然後講完流程、其中一項不能在房內抽菸！七樓房間都在八樓，一上去八樓大門一開煙味超濃！進去房間看到根本被照片騙了！根沒這麼溫馨！照片物件都沒錯！只是真的很像炮房！再來⋯廁所毛巾還有一根長髮、鏡子前面有可以置物的地方是塑膠置物的（就是放小物品、牙膏牙刷那種置物架）那個地方有煙放在那邊燒過的痕跡！整潔度是還可以！但我真的是很傻眼！說禁菸整間都煙味！然後隔壁是酒店！我就會全兜在一起！反正沒有很好！不建議真的很不建議入住！

服務好，房間也算感覺。只是隔音真的不是很好XD。再來就是停車問題，打電話詢問說有停車場在飯店對面。但是到了之後~對面一堆停車場。飯店專屬的停車場怎麼找都看不到~結果我們還誤入收費停車場😤其實櫃檯人員一開始就說停車場在鐵板燒對面就好~因為飯店專屬停車場的招牌真的一點都不明顯。一直說停車場在斜對面真的很讓人容易搞錯
