Situated just 5 miles from town and a short distance from the main road, the cabin is easily accessible yet secluded enough for a relaxing stay. Beautiful Place

The cabin and grounds were extremely clean and well-maintained. Cabin had a great layout. Bedding was very comfortable. GREAT fire pit. Nice location for exploring Shenandoah NP. We look forward to coming back!

Great property! Just as described and it was so quiet and relaxing.

Great vacation! The property was clean and secluded. Perfect for sitting on the porch or by the fire just enjoying family time. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own space, but also plenty of space to be together. Thank you!

Nice Summer Cabin

Near last minute booking for the 4th of July weekend. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and open living room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Charcoal grill needed some scrubbing to get the rust off...don't forget to bring your own. Pet friendly, but check for ticks when you get home. Would recommend and stay again.

Beautiful Cabin in the Woods!

We used this as our bridesmaids cabin while I was getting married at Brenwood Lakes wedding venue and it was absolutely perfect. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space, and we loved spending time on the back deck!! The cabin is very easy to get to and is just 15 minutes away from modern amenities like a Walmart and delicious restaurants. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to a group of friends or a family!

Beautiful Property

The cabin was wonderful and very well stocked kitchen. If you like birds, it has a great habitat! We fished the whole weekend! Communication was easy and quick. Would absolutely love to return!

Quiet country cabin

There was nothing "bad" here. Though, the cabin could really benefit from some upgrades that would really enhance the overall experience. Very peaceful, but close enough to civilization to make a quick trip for gas or groceries.

Weekend Getaway

My family and I enjoyed staying in this cabin for a quick weekend getaway. Check in was easy and the cabin was clean when we got there. The dogs enjoyed walking to the pond which is across the street from the end of the driveway. The kids enjoyed grilling outside and making s’mores by the fire pit. The only downside is the spotty internet/phone service but we were aware of that. This is a good place to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Great time!

It was peaceful and excellent location - we were there for a wedding at Brenwood. The only drawback - which if we weren't there for a wedding would not be a drawback at all (it would be lovely to be off the grid for a weekend!) - is that there is no wifi. That truly made communications difficult.

Christmas break

Spent 3 nights at the cabin. This was our second stay and loved it as much this time as the first. Location is wonderful. Private yet close to town.Hot tub was perfect! Only suggestion…. Maybe a different shower head. Water is hot but unable to stay in shower to enjoy because the water pressure through the shower head can be painful.

Daughter's wedding

My brother and his sons used this cabin, we were across the street. The cabin is BEAUTIFUL and spacious! A little confusion with the linens, NOT NEEDED even though listing says otherwise. (so does the checkout info) Everyone used the hot tubs, and my brother took advantage of the fire pit at least once. A beautiful venue with access to this location, makes for a wonderful weekend for all!

Complete Relaxation

We were booked to stay elsewhere. That property sadly flooded in local storms that swept across the east coast so we were out of a place to stay. Desperately looking for a place to rebook, we came across this property in another state I messaged the owner to see if there was any way we would be able to book at the last minute. It was, and she was kind enough to stay up late to get it all worked out for us to check in the next day. The property /area was very well maintained and clean. Across the lane, the lake was beautiful. It was also a wedding reception area. Luckily there was no wedding that weekend and we were able to spend our day at the lake. Fishing, swinging, reading a book, playing cards and just relaxing. We have had a lot of stress in our lives in the last 6-7 months and just needed to relax. We ended up not even doing any of the local activities. We cooked at home, spent time relaxing, enjoyed the hot tub each night and just enjoyed our attempt to unwind. This was our dog's first vacation and he loved it too. We never met the owners, but we're able to meet their parents. They were sweet enough to stop to say hello while we were at the lake. I would recommend this property if you just want the simplicity of nature and relaxation.

Really nice getaway

Such a cozy, yet spacious cabin! There were 7 of us and a corgi and we had such a nice time. Loved the hot tub and the fire pit. Kitchen had a coffee pot, pots/pans, and everything else you might need for cooking. Don't forget to bring your fitted and top sheets + pillow cases! The only thing I will say is that on the Full bed, the box spring has a broken panel on the underside of it. Hardly any weight or slight movement caused an extremely loud creaking sound. We rotated it 180 degrees to prevent the friction from the broken panel rubbing against the bed frame. This helped a little with the sound, so it won't be as bad for the next person who stays there. Aside from that, everything was great! Fully recommend :)

Poor kitchen for cooking, appliances are breaking, no bureaus in 2 of the bedrooms

We would not go back to this house. It had a mild unpleasant odor to it when we arrived. The kitchen was disappointing. The stove light was burnt out so the first night we cooked dinner using a flashlight and the next day my husband replaced the bulb. The oven was so dirty/disgusting that we couldn't use it at all. We just did stovetop cooking the entire time. So gross! The dishwasher is breaking and makes knocking noises when you run it. There was only 1 food storage container for leftovers so we bought plastic bags and Saran wrap, multiple trips to the Food Lion to get set up. We like to cook on vacation so all this together was important to us and a deal breaker. There were no bureaus in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms so everyone in those rooms had to live out of their suitcases. The clothes dryer must be breaking too because it took 3 running cycles to dry any single laundry load. It's pretty there and we enjoyed Luray Cavers and the Park but wouldn't go back to this house, no way, not for that money. Actually not for any money.

Beautiful Cabin in the woods. Clean, well stocked and well maintained. Beautiful area in the Shenandoahs. The fish were not biting but everything else was perfect. Some spider web removal on the back deck near the Hot Tub and trash cans may be necessary, but to be expected in the woods. Highly recommend this cabin and plan return again !!

Great Family Get away

Had a very nice time with our family. Nice view of the lake during the season we went. Only 15 minutes to Luray Caverns. Loved the hot tub.

Beautiful winter wonderland stay at cozy cabin

We had the best time at Wild Vines!Extremely cozy and welcoming cabin with room for all thee of our kids and our two dogs. We loved the wood cabin and how warm this two story cabin was. Extremely comfortable beds and rooms. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. We can’t wait to come back!

Cozy cabin in the woods

Great weekend getaway. Beds were super soft and the linens were great. Hot water shower on demand. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the hot tub and fire pit. We ventured out to Masanutan for the day and Luray for dinner. It was peaceful and quiet! We will stay here again.
