"First class hotel. The staff make this place stand out because they are so so lovely. We ate in Loma, La Vista, The Tavern, and had drinks in the Great Scots Bar and they were all brilliant. The only small problem was lack of service on the second time we use the Great Scots Bar. No one brought us a menu or asked us what drinks we wanted. And even after they knew we were there they never came to the table at all that night. But it was a minor issue. Other suggestions are making walks in the estate a little easier to navigate. Very easy to get confused when you’re getting close to Ballach end of the estate. We loved this hotel and will hopefully be back."

"I liked the soap and shampoo and the fact that they had it. I loved that they start their breakfast as early as they did-we had to be at the airport by 5:30am. And the fact that it really was a three minute walk to the airport!"

"Great to have a pool and gym in a hotel at this price. Room was spacious with a nice view. Staff friendly and bar was great with free pool table, shuffleboard, table football etc"

"Lovely hotel on the waterfront. Easy access to train station. Walking distance from town centre. Staff were lovely especial Kiara. Clean room. Only continental breakfast. Plenty of cafes around"
