"Aircon was ok. Rooms very small with shower in the room itself. Very expensive for an Ibis Budget (£250 per night) but that’s probably just Switzerland."
"Centrally located. Adorably decorated. Easy to walk everywhere from here. Front desk staff are very friendly. Rooms could use a good dusting, but otherwise all linens and everything else was clean."
"Lovely hotel in the heart of the city with short walks to all places of interest. Staff were very helpful and room was big and modern. Would highly recommend for a stay in Lucerne which is a lovely city. Also has car park round back so great if you drive."
"Great buffet, room was nice, location was great. 6 minute walk to the train station, 5 minutes to the Chapel Bridge and about 15 minutes to the Lion Monument which is a must! Also, we took the golden Mt Pilatus tour. Amazing and well worth the price! I would stay at this hotel again!"
