"The Ludo is very central within old town Lucerne. The room was a good size with the bunk beds providing enough space for adult children to crawl into. The best bit was having a laundry room onsite after 10 days travelling. A lovely lady would help you and you could also grab a coffee. A great addition!"

"The hotel lobby is elegant but relaxing. The staff are all super nice and attentive. The rooms are a bit basic but very clean and comfortable. Windows open wide which gave a nice breeze at night. Location is great. Just outside of old town. It’s far enough not to hear noise all night but close enough to easily walk to anyplace we needed to go. Buffet breakfast was really good in an elegant dinning room looking out at the mountains and lake!"

"Very nice location situated close to the old town, shopping area, main train station and very close to a bus stop (Europe stop of 6 and 8 bus, if youre too tired to walk) which give you a balance being away from the hussle and bussle of the commerical area but not too quiet and away from your necessities as well as having a very nice view of the the Pilatus mountain and Lucerne Lake from our balcony. Staff were very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Hotel gave us our visitor pass that gives us free bus ride within Lucerne. We opted to do the breakfast buffet (lots of cheese and delicious waffles) which save us money too!"
