"Nice easy check in. Clean rooms and plenty of parking, which was free at the weekends. My only issue is that breakfast was served from 7.30am and not 6.30am (as stated on hotels.com) so I was unable to have breakfast before leaving. This was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel so was very disappointed that I had paid for a service I could not use."

"This property claims to be accessible throughout its website; however, they only have one accessible room on the ground floor. The hotel itself is not accessible, nor are the rooms. As someone with a disability, I had to navigate two steep staircases to reach my room, which also contained stairs. The bathroom was extremely small and unsafe for disabled individuals. Fortunately, a family member was present to assist me, as I shudder to think what might have happened otherwise. No staff offered to help, and my prior request for assistance was ignored before my stay. I checked out immediately upon arrival and did not use the room. Expedia attempted to contact the property regarding false advertising and a refund, but all calls and emails have been ignored. This experience was unprofessional and misleading."

"Positives - Rooms good size, swimming pool and gym, Starbucks on site, plenty of parking Negatives - Hotel food including breakfast cold and undercooked. Charged £12.50 for breakfast for a toddler. Rooms not fully cleaned full of dead moths. Moths flying around everywhere. Staff not helpful."
