"We have stayed at this hotel 10 times now. Always a lovely stay. However on our first night we got woken up with a dog barking which ruined are first night. When we went to complaine the lady at the reception was very helpful her name was Alison. Asked if we wanted to change rooms and gave us a drinks voucher. I just feel we missed out on a relaxing stay."

My only issue is that breakfast was served from 7.30am and not 6.30am (as stated on hotels.com) so I was unable to have breakfast before leaving. "This property claims to be accessible throughout its website; however, they only have one accessible room on the ground floor. The hotel itself is not accessible, nor are the rooms. As someone with a disability, I had to navigate two steep staircases to reach my room, which also contained stairs. The bathroom was extremely small and unsafe for disabled individuals. Fortunately, a family member was present to assist me, as I shudder to think what might have happened otherwise. No staff offered to help, and my prior request for assistance was ignored before my stay. I checked out immediately upon arrival and did not use the room. Expedia attempted to contact the property regarding false advertising and a refund, but all calls and emails have been ignored. This experience was unprofessional and misleading."
