"The first room I was given smelt of smoke and the duvet cover had dust and dirt on it. This gave a very bad first impression. Fortunately I was able to move rooms, as although the hotel was fully booked some people had not yet checked in. I do hope they cleaned the room again before they did. The 2nd room was clean and comfortable. However soundproofing isn’t good and I could hear water running in adjacent bathrooms."

"Nice easy check in. Clean rooms and plenty of parking, which was free at the weekends. My only issue is that breakfast was served from 7.30am and not 6.30am (as stated on hotels.com) so I was unable to have breakfast before leaving. This was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel so was very disappointed that I had paid for a service I could not use."

"This property claims to be accessible throughout its website; however, they only have one accessible room on the ground floor. The hotel itself is not accessible, nor are the rooms. As someone with a disability, I had to navigate two steep staircases to reach my room, which also contained stairs. The bathroom was extremely small and unsafe for disabled individuals. Fortunately, a family member was present to assist me, as I shudder to think what might have happened otherwise. No staff offered to help, and my prior request for assistance was ignored before my stay. I checked out immediately upon arrival and did not use the room. Expedia attempted to contact the property regarding false advertising and a refund, but all calls and emails have been ignored. This experience was unprofessional and misleading."
