"The switchover to computerized elevators was a disaster. 15 min waiting for elevators, resorted to taking stairs 8 floors. Checked out a day early and swallowed the room cost. Excellent midtown hotel, been going there forever, but this one time was a fiasco. Just make sure that the elevators are fixed before you go."

"Bad experience in the front desk bad attitudes with me and my friends and racist!!! We simply asked if we could check into our room early, and he flatly said no—adding that if we needed to use a restroom, there was one available in the waiting area, and it was free."

"The room was not available at 3:30pm. I had to option, either to wait for indefinite time or pay extra cost of $10 to upgrade my room. After almost two hours of waiting, I had to pay for extra $10 for receiving the room. The parking price on the website was $33.18 per day but the hotel charged me $50 for one night of May 23rd, 2026. It was very noisy on hallway from other guests from 11pm until 1am. I could not sleep. Room was clean, staff were nice."
