"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was not clean upon arrival the refrigerator was dirty, and the toilet was not functioning properly, as it needed to be flushed twice every time. Only one shampoo was provided, and despite staying for three days, housekeeping never replenished it.Additionally, the room was extremely noisy throughout the entire night. After traveling for two days, I was exhausted and unable to get any rest at all. Around 4 AM, I went to the front desk to request a room change, but I was told to come back later because there were no available rooms at that moment. When I returned later that day, another staff member informed me that there was no note left by the previous employee regarding my request. I explained the situation again and simply asked for a quiet room so I could finally get some proper sleep.Overall, this stay was very frustrating due to poor cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, and unprofessional communication between staff. I hope improvements are made so future guests can have a better experience."

"Fridge was dirty and barely hanging on. Made horrible loud sounds all night. Room (non smoking) smelled so badly of cigarette smoke it was hard to breathe upon first entering. The shower water takes about 5-7 business days for the temperature to adjust, so either start it in advance or spend the whole shower adjusting the temperature. The parking lot is littered with trash and tweakers. We were not given the room that we booked and paid for in advance. It's the kind of shoddy hotel you see in movies. "

"The owner was very pleasant and home was very easy to check in. However, the place has barely any Amenities No shampoo, body soap in any bathrooms, no Kleenex, only hand soap in each bathroom. Kitchen had only a paper towel roll and hand dish soap. Not a thing else for even one pot of coffee.Tap water was awful! All top drawers in kitchen were broken. Slider to go outside to the deck was locked closed with no key left. The most uncomfortable problem was just a light comforter in each bed. No extra blankets anywhere in the house. We were freezing all night! "

"The location of the property was perfect, it was easy to get to, close to the airport, in a good neighborhood and a good central location to get around Anchorage and nearby cities. The house was spacious and had a very comfortable feeling. "
