This modern and functional studio, located on the 5th floor with elevator in a secured residency, consists of a living space of 20 sq. m and includes :
- a bright living space with comfortable double bed,
- 1 bathroom with a shower,
- a well equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge),
- vacuum cleaner, household products, hair-dryer, ironing equipment, fan
- TV and WI-FI.

Our accommodation is located in central Lyon, in the 7th district. You will thus be able to discover all the historical and artistic treasures, and you will just have to cross the Guillotière bridge to join Bellecour Square, Lyon hyper center (15 min by walk).
Located in the Presqu’Île, Lyon commercial and cultural heart, and Part-Dieu, economical center, you will be at the best place to discover the city. It will just take you a metro ride to go to the Old Lyon, to Fourvière and Croix-Rousse hills, and discover « traboules » streets and « bouchons » restaurants that have made the city’s renown.
