Its nice and fresh decoration, both modern and from bric a brac creates an authentic and lovely atmosphere.

You will enjoy a bright living room with an HD TV, a decorative fireplace and o 1 person 110x190 sofa bed, and a dining table too. There is also a lovely brand new fully equipped open kitchen.

There is also a calm and relaxing bedroom with a 140x190 bed, and a modern bathroom with a lerge shower and a washing machine.
The view over the city is really nice and you will enjoy the sun anytime due to the most elevated floor of the building (5th floor without evelator).

Free fiber WIFI provided. We provide you too with convenience products (rice, pasta, coffee, tea...). Sheets and linen are included.

The access to the apartment is 100% independant and secured thanks to a safe keybox with a personal code. Checkin is from 3PM and checkout at 11AM maximum.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.
