"The property itself was beautiful. It is decorated to a high standard, good sized room and a great bathroom. It's also perfectly located directly in the centre of Lytham. Getting into the property though was an absolute nightmare. We were supposed to receive details before we arrived with the codes to enter the property but they were not provided. We ended up sat outside for 30 minutes calling the emergency number that just went to a voicemail. Eventually we managed to get hold of someone who...

"It was just lovely here. The room was great, clean and had quite a few little touches that I found very thoughtful. The code to get in will not work until check in time though… it’s automated, we were about 10mins early and it didn’t open the door. A cleaner let us put our things inside. I would recommend and choose to stay here again."

"The breakfast was excellent and the activities for up to 12,s was excellent. The bar an coffee bar was excellent. The only thing that let it down the cleaning it was not quiet up to my standards,a bit dusty in the corridors an the games room. But over all we had a brilliant few days."
