"Best "Business Hotel" that we've found in 6-7 trips to Japan. Spacious clean room. Friendly very helpful staff - using our Translate apps worked fine. Free breakfast modest by Japanese standards but very generous by U.S. standards. Daily maid service included. We did not try the spa baths, but the room included two sets of pajamas to wear to/from the baths. Very convenient to the local hospital where we visited a patient. Alert: Very firm beds. Desk not staffed during the wee hours. Taxi service limited in this city during heavy rain and certain "rush" hours."

"The hotel was nice, however was very high on price point comparatively given other places we stayed in Japan (despite the grand prix being on, the price of the room was very high for the size/distance from the station), particularly as the room was very small. The staff were friendly during the stay and the hotel served well as a base for what we needed. Walk to Nagoya station is 30 - 40 minutes when the metro is not running. "

"An excellent hotel, very morden glass building connected to the Nagoya station complex. The room is very well designed and very clean. It is on top of the restaurant floors (one of the largest restaurant floors in Japan with 40+ restaurants) and connected to the dept store and shopping malls. Highly recommended. "

"The hotel has a rather weird way of relating guest’s needs regarding housekeeping. There r 2 green n red magnets on the entrance door. No service required u stick RED.. n if u stick the GREEN, it meant only cleaning up the bathroom.Want yr bed(s) made? Got to seperately info the front desk. Different staff related the message differently, so if u r v particular abt it, do take note."
