Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again.

Estadia bem insatisfatória, com excessão do café da manhã que era ótimo, no demais não foi boa experiência. O controle do ar nao funcionava, se tratava de controle universal que não estava conectando com o ar, o hotel não fornece ponto de água potável conforme Lei Estadual nº 3.194/1999. Todas a solicitações os funcionários saiam com respostas que não resolviam, ex estou sozinho na recepção e não posso resolver agora, amanhã acionaremos a equipe de manutenção, e assim passamos a noite sem ar.

Café da manhã bem servido e de boa qualidade. O quarto apesar de muito pequeno tinha uma boa cama. Não tem cabide para colocar camisa social Estacionamento é desproporcional ao tamanho do hotel e total de quartos. Reservei o quarto luxo com hidromassagem, ao chegar na propriedade fui informado que não havia mais quarto na categoria que reservei, me colocaram em um quarto inferior, quarto pequeno e apertado que haviam marcas de mofo na parede, havia apenas uma toalha e não havia cobertor. Tudo teve que ser solicitado, cobertor foi dado apenas um cobertor e fino o que para um dia frio como estava não foi suficiente.

Fomos bem recebidos no hotel. Nosso quarto estava bem arrumado, mas não tinha toalhas para banho de todos os hospedes, nem toalha de rosto. As instalações eram bem novas com exceção da Tv que só pegava canais abertos. Tivemos um problema de vazamento na pia do banheiro, que foi solucionado pela manutenção. O que achei legal foi a reforma da área de lazer, aumentando a quantidade de mesas de sinucas e de totó, colocaram também um play 5 que pode ser usado sem custos por duas horas

Valeu o custo benefício, mas eles poderiam se preocupar com alguns detalhes que custam pouco e que fez com que a nossa experiência não fosse tão boa. A principal foi somente um travesseiro para cada um, pedimos outro, porque dormimos com dois travesseiros e disseram que não tinha. Fiquei com dores no pescoço por causa desse detalhe. Outro detalhe é não ter secador de cabelo. A ducha higiênica não tem, ítem essencial na vida de um ser humano... Rsss. São detalhes baratos e que fazer a diferença. Quanto a acomodação foi, ok. Funcionários ótimos. Bem localizado. Café da manhã, poderiam estender até às 11 horas, que está viajando para descansar, café terminando às 10 horas é muito cedo. De resto é tudo muito bom.
