The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. 

For added convenience, the property is equipped with a washing machine, a drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in the charming town of Machico, the property offers easy access to some of Madeira’s most beautiful and historic attractions. Just a short walk away is Machico Beach, a sandy haven with calm waters perfect for swimming and relaxing. In addition to the sandy beach near the marina, there is a pebble beach. The sandy beach is a little further away from the flat.

Stroll along the Machico Promenade, where you can take in stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, or explore the Machico Historic Center, filled with quaint streets, cafes, and local shops.

For history enthusiasts, the Fort of São João Baptista and the Igreja Matriz de Machico—one of Madeira’s oldest churches—offer a glimpse into the town’s rich past. Adventure seekers will enjoy nearby Levada walks and the scenic Vereda da Ponta de São Lourenço trail, providing breathtaking coastal and mountain views. The property is also close to Caniçal, a traditional fishing village with seafood restaurants and the Madeira Whale Museum.

Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Cristiano Ronaldo Airport, this area combines natural beauty, cultural landmarks, and outdoor activities, making it a perfect destination for a relaxing or adventurous stay in Madeira.

The property is easily accessible by taxi and car.

Madeira Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
