The wifi was out when we arrived at 4 and remained out until after 7. The front desk/lobby area was cluttered and hard to move through. The construction mess was obvious. There was only one person running the check-in and phones so there was a wait all evening for assistance. The rooms were clean but the walls are paper thin. I have never stayed in a hotel where I could hear every sound my upstairs neighbors made as well as every sound in the hall. Made for a restless night.

Great property right on the Mercer campus. So quiet and the staff was so friendly. Great restaurants and ice cream parlor within 12-15 minutes in amazing part of upscale Macon.

Wonderful

Always go here. So nice to have bar and light dinner food or steak.. after a long travel day. Breakfast not included but $10pp online for fresh cooked deliciousness. Comfy bed, pilliow.

Overall the staff were very friendly and great customer service skills. Unfortunately, my negative issue was during check in. I paid for a room with a king size bed and was given a room with 2 Queen size beds . As per staff, I was told if I booked the room through a third party I have to take was is available. That is totally unacceptable and I respectfully request a refund difference because I paid for a room I didn’t receive
