Terrible - room smelled of mildew - tub had mold , front desk was unhelpful laundry was broken wasn’t posted no options given by front desk - front desk wasn’t knowledgeable wasn’t helpful …. Couldn’t get late checkout - will NOT stay again

I was greeted by Chelsea at the front desk when I checked in, she was so friendly and helpful! The room was nice, clean and spacious, and after going out for dinner, I came back and had a drink at the bar. Stacie was the bartender, and she was wonderful! Great service, very attentive and friendly. Now that my daughter may be going to college in Macon, I'll most likely be back regularly!

Great Place

I've stayed hete before. Love it. Room excellent, staff exceptional, love the food and small bar area after a long drive the convenience of not having to get in the car again to go find somewhere to eat was fantastic. You'll see me here again! And Pet friendly!

Nice for the 1990’s

The room was of mid 1990’s quality. Clean. Shower faucet handles were backwards so hot was cold and cold was hot. Was texted by the manager after check in to see how we were and if the room was ok. That was nice. I responded that we were unable to connect to WiFi on Amy of our devices. We never heard back and WiFi didn’t work the entire stay.

The only problem I had was cold water in the shower. Otherwise, the facilities were excellent, and the customer service was superb.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

We waited 10 minutes for the front desk lady to show up. She was rude and dismissive . Two other employees had to go look for her. We were given the wrong room. I indicated that we needed a handicap room which I took a picture of. Took another 30 minutes to get this fixed. Took 2 hours for the room to cook down and was never comfortable for us.

This was the 2nd Hilton Garden that we stayed at during our road trip to Florida. The hotel needs some major updating inside the rooms. 1. We were out of conditioner and had to ask for more 2. the staff was slow both at checking in and during dining. The ladies WERE VERY friendly once they got around to helping us. 3. The room micro turn table was not working. 4. The hook on the bathrm door fell off 5. The TV options were limited. It just was not as nice as the one in TN. The plus...the grounds and area on and around the hotel were very calming and nice.
