Positive feedback: • The breakfast was excellent, with generous portions. • The shuttle service was very convenient, and the driver was courteous and helpful. • The staff were consistently welcoming and attentive. Areas for improvement: • The room was smaller than expected. • I waited approximately 30 minutes because the room was not ready at check-in. • The check-in time feels late and the check-out time early. Aligning check-in and check-out windows would allow guests to better enjoy their stay. Thank you for your attention to these points."

"It was exactly what we expected for an overnight stay after a 27 hour trip. Everything was good . The bed was comfortable for me. Nice and hard! Had continental Filipino breakfast which was satisfactory! "

"The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near Mactan Cebu International Airport. The room was clean; I stayed in room 327, which is not soundproof. I could hear outside noise, especially aircraft noise. I have stayed in this hotel several times and have never experienced noise issues—only this time. The escalator was also out of order."

"order a deluxe room but didnt get one .i was told first come first served ,i said i paid for the room in advance .that didnt make me happy ,i didnt get what i paid for ,wont be going back"

"This is a condo that is being subleased. The key is sitting in a mailbox. There is security, Good Hot Water, & internet as well as a smart TV with Netflix however the room is dirty with no soap in the shower. "
