"We stayed in this Appart hotel for 1 week.
I must recognise personnel is very friendly , especially Helder who was helpful and prompt in our requests of support.
Pool downstairs is nice and calm. Buffet at dinner is of high quality.
The only drawback from our point of view is the kitchen having only one cooker and not many stoves, cutleries and pans for anything more than just a small and quick breakfast."

"Mooi, proper hotel. De kamers zijn wat verouderd, maar wel heel ruim. Vriendelijk personeel. Het buffet is lekker. Niet te uitgebreid, maar wel steeds voldoende keuze en elke dag iets anders. Voor vegetariërs ook genoeg opties! We vonden dit een goed hotel als uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar de verschillende wandelingen. Tour operators komen je hier uithalen voor daguitstappen en je zit nog redelijk dicht bij het oude centrum van Funchal (gemakkelijk met taxi of Uber, te voet een 5-tal km)....
"After moving to an air conditioned room and getting the premium drinks upgrade our stay definitely improved.
The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help you with whatever you ask.
Evenings entertainment showed some great talent, most singers were amazing. Daytime activities were fun but were limited to very few.
System for the shuttle bus to town could be improved as it was a free for all and people had to eventually get back off.
Breakfast and lunch options were good however...
