The only positive thing about this property is that it’s near to mosque. It’s not at all maintained and the rooms and bathrooms are sooo dirty.

The room looks like they are stuck in the 70’s. Bedsheets & pillow cases are super old with cotton balls stuck on it & very uncomfortable to sleep on. Location is on the south of masjid nabawi so it’s within walking distance. Eateries are far away thou. For a Real meal it’s far away to walk. But fast food is available nearby. Overall it’s ok for those few nights.

I booked this hotel online because the booking information said that a breakfast buffet was available every morning. However, when I checked in yesterday , I did not receive breakfast. I expected breakfast to be included in my booking. Could you please explain why I did not receive it?

Location was great - less than 3 mins walk to entrance of the masjid courtyard and numerous shops closeby with lots of taxis passing by too.

I hesitated to give 2 or 3 stars but the stay conclusion decided for me. The room floor was filthy and we requested room service for vacuuming 4 times but they never came. There’s smoking smell in the hallway. The room service only came to knock our door 2 hrs before the check out, waking us up to let us know that we have to check out in 2 hrs, even though the reception approved an extra hr of late check in, he said they didn’t write it down for him. He instructed me to go downstairs to the reception and request it again. Of course, I have zero trust in their useless reception so it doesn’t matter if I request it again. The only positive attribute is proximity to Haram and the room outlook to the green dome.

They did not accepted my late check in and offered me a space at another hotel which was very far from masjid Nabwi. I choose it coz of its proximity to the masjid Nabwi.

I had to request everything from towels, ironed, etc. The bathroom condition was horrible due to clear leakage and smell of the drain system. You can’t sit straight in the toilet because it’s so close to the bathtub. It just was a mess! The location was the only thing that the property has to go for itself.

You pay for what you get. We were comfortable although the rooms were small. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They always asked if we needed anything and they brought the stuff promptly. Plus it was so close to the Prophet’s (pbuh) Mosque. We were able to make the prayers on time.

Horible Condition

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: this is a beat up property. Very dirty! Very old! Only positive is that it is very close the main gate. I suggest stay in this area but choose a better hotel.

Probably THE worst hotel to stay at. If you don’t mind bad service, no towels, toilet paper and no cleaning service then this might be for you. The receptionist was also unwelcoming and gave out hotel room keys that don’t work! The only thing good about this hotel is, how close it is to the haram. If I could give out 0 stars I would.
