About this property

Designer cabin in the woods at Shenandoah NP

  • Come relax at our scandi-inspired cabin in the woods. Five acres of pristine woods are the perfect backdrop for our renovated house, making it an ideal weekend retreat away from the busy city life. Discover the best spots in the area, including wineries and breweries, caverns and trails, antique shops, and local makers, only a few miles from the house. Whether you are looking for a restful getaway, a source of inspiration, or a place to stay while you discover Virginia, this is the place for you.
    The space

We designed our cabin as a place to disconnect from technology and connect with nature. Spend your time here reading a book from our library, playing board games with your friends and your children, walking in the forest, listening to our records, stargazing from our lounging hammock, and baking cookies in our kitchen. Enjoy everything the area has to offer like antiques shops, wineries, local restaurants and national parks.
    Other things to note

You may bring your own Nespresso coffee pods to enjoy our Vertuoline model.
Second bedroom has a portable fan (no AC).
