NON SMOKING-Beautiful lake front property that has been in our family for 4 generations. The house has a large great room with a TV and a picture window over looking the lake. 3 bedrooms and a kitchen that is fully stocked. Large deck for grilling and enjoying the views. Fire pit down by the lake. 2 Canoes and 3 kayaks (1 is a double) for exploring the lake. Perfect slow grade slope at the beach edge for small children. Perfect home for a family vacation, reunion or fun with friends. We are 2 minutes to the golf course, public boat launch and the famous Lakewood theater. Even thou your time at the camp is secluded and peaceful, you are only 5-10 min drive from Dunkin dounuts, Walmart and Hanna-fords. Many great towns, hikes and lakes to visit. We are about 2 hrs from Bar Harbor so a great day trip option. Make sure to check out The Bankery Bakery in the town of Skowhegan for fresh pastries!! We hope you chose us for your next vacation for you are sure to enjoy your time!!NO EVENTS OR PARTIES! Pets require an additional $100.00 per stay per dog and you must let me know about any animals

The best!

This was our second year as a group coming to Wyman’s Willa; what a great place! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is just perfect! We returned home today and already booked for a next year!!

Camp life at its best!

This was the lake life I was looking to share with my family. Lovely camp with all the amenities. Comfortable spacious accommodations, beautiful views, privacy and wildlife galore. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. We so enjoyed our time spent at this lovely camp that we have already booked for next year.

Amazing stay!!

We couldn't have asked for a better weekend away! This was our 5th year going away and we've finally found "the" place! The owner was very quick to answer any questions prior to arrival. The property was very large and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beach access was perfect and having the canoes/kayaks there for our use was great! This was a beautiful home with the perfect outdoor space! We will most definitely be booking again for next year and already look forward to it! Thank you for making our vacation perfect!

Chaplin-Boyd Vacation 2023

This was one of the most relaxing properties I've ever had the pleasure of staying. Very rustic. Great location. The hosts were very responsive to any needs and questions. I would definitely recommend a floating device for the lake. We had one that fit 6 and it was so fun to float on the lake all day. We fished and kayaked. The boathouse had remnants of wild life so it could have been cleaned out a little better and the hammock was really dirty but otherwise I highly recommend staying here if you want to relax with a beautiful view all day.

A vacation in Paradise!

Everything was just wonderful. The premises have everything (I mean EVERYTHING!) a family would need for this magical place. We and our grandchildren and two daughters had the best time. My one granddaughter (5 years old) woke up Monday morning and told her mother “we have to come back here again mommy. We had so much fun.” The place is extremely comfortable as there is plenty of air conditioning for each room for those warm evenings. Games for the children, the fire pit with sticks provided for s’mores. The gas grill for rib eye steaks, oh my!A ride in a canoe! Giffords ice cream, along with miniature golf. My daughters went there when they were young girls too. What fun was had. Memories were made that will never be forgotten. We will most definitely return in the future. Hopefully for longer next time.

We enjoyed our week at this property

We only live 35 miles away from this property and were looking for a place to be able to get together with our children and two grandchildren for a week at the end of August. At the end of the week, they all gave it a two-thumbs up rating. The house is large and comfortable and was clean and welcoming when we arrived. The photos are very accurate online. They show a beautiful (huge) deck overlooking a lawn (great for kids to play on) with waterfront. Lake is very shallow (where this cottage is) - and sandy, and really great for small children. There are many ducks in the area, and it is important that visitors obey the rules and NOT feed them. We had some concerns about the possibility of "swimmers' itch, but we had no problems with it. We used the fire pit twice in the evening. There were plenty of boats (and life jackets) , a shed with laundry facilities, sleeping area for many, and the hammock was enjoyed by all, The kitchen was small, adequately equipped and workable. There were two indoor dining areas, plus outdoors there were tables with umbrellas on the deck. There was plenty of indoor space for everyone in the case of inclement weather. Beds were comfortable. We met the woman who does the housekeeping for this cottage just as we were leaving, and we thanked her for readying it so nicely for our stay. We enjoyed it all and hope to return next year.

Great Get AWAY - THANK YOU!

This vacation was super wonderful. Enjoyed the perfect Maine cottage with my growing adult families. The beach was perfect for my 2 yr. old granddaughter, the private yard was great for our dogs, and the house layout for wonderful for sleeping and gathering. We rented a poontoon and had a great time navigating the lake, which is so clean, warm, & peaceful. We felt like it was all ours, not croweded and very enjoyable. My son and I went kayaking too. The house had everything we could have wanted, so well stocked compared to other rentals. The fact that this home had so many options to sunbathe, gather on the deck, go to the sandy beach, play catch with the dogs in the yard, explore the lake, gather in the family room and relax in the dining area made our stay so enjoyable. Loved listening to the Loons.... We ventured out to the Skowhegan Fair and found Donna's Ice Cream as well as had lobsters from "High Tide, Low Tide" and went to the "Maine Grain", and "Lakewood Inn" for dinner. My family really enjoyed this home. It was a great week of relaxing and being together. Thank you Beth....we will certainly return again!

Beautiful Lake

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house. The beach and lake on their property is clean and perfect for kids. We were worried our busy scheduled kids would be bored. In the end, we had more than enough to do with the yard games we brought, boats, swimming, games, eating. We were lucky to be there when the Skowhegan State Fair was going on. The kids had a blast! The owner was responsive. House was clean and fully stocked.

Huge sandy beach with shallow swimming area

The house was big and spread out with lots of common space. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Had everything we could have needed. The yard and the beach are the best part for us. We spent all day out in the water. Calm enough for paddle boards. Great place! Would be perfect for children

Guys weekend

Had a guys weekend here with a group of 11 in our late 20’s. The location is awesome; secluded, scenic, and relaxing. Yard, water access, and the fire pit really made the weekend. House was great as well. Good kitchen, bathrooms, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for the whole group. Host was accommodating and communication was easy.

Perfect Getaway

My partner and I had such a lovely time at this home. The house interior is beautiful and spacious. The couch is so comfy! The views were amazing. It rained the whole weekend, and we weren't even bothered as the home itself was so nice to spend time in. I highly recommend sipping coffee and looking out over the lake to get those relaxing vacation vibes started. The kitchen was the most well stocked one I've experienced, it had everything we needed to cook. Host was quickly responsive, and their departure instructions were simple to follow, and completely reasonable. 100 percent would stay again.

Lake vacation

The house was very nice, well spread out. The lake though, absolutely gorgeous! The water was so clean, we heard the loons, and saw bald eagles. The town was not far away so if needed to run to store it was great. Great vacation!
