Airport shuttle is in the next building over and was packed at 8:00 am so we took a taxi that was waiting outside. Nice hotel though a bit sterile with plenty of places to put your luggage for organizing before hitting the airport.

A nice place to stay when flying in and out of Madrid, quiet, comfortable rooms, some of the staff are really nice. The hotel doesn’t seem to be as well maintained as it used to be though which is unfortunate because it is more expensive than it used to be, breakfast and wellness spa are overpriced

It was an ok stay the shuttle driver was very unfriendly and the reception was extremely slow. The rooms were nice and clean the bed was cozy. Breakfast was very good.
