"The twin room with shared bathroom was on a very noisy main road with traffic lights outside, and the window did not shut fully. We didn't realise on booking that the room was not ensuite. The beds were very springy. This was fine for one night only and only five minutes from the heliport."

There was a water leak above the entrance to our room and the carpet was wet and musty and every time we went into the room we would be dripped on. I was surprised we were given the room despite booking from overseas a couple of months before."

This hotel is in a great location in St Ives to potter about. Highly recommended!"
