I also accidently locked my self out of my room the evening prior to my departure and was surprised to find they had no spare key. The staff did gain entry but had to move me to another room for my last night. In that room the sink leaked from underneath and there were visible cobwebs. I do not think they planned to have someone in the room but it was not ready for occupancy. "
