"The Staff were very nice, very helpful and friendly. I arrived several hours early. The room was not yet ready and the Receptionist allowed me to leave my luggage in an adjoining room, free of charge. The accomodation is facing the Police Station, on a quiet street and close to the Port, that you can look down on. It is only 10 mins walk from the Bus Station and beside all the Shops, Restaurants etc. In a very good location."

"I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hostal La Isla in Menorca. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. One thing that really impressed me was the shower. Even on the third floor, the water pressure was excellent, providing a proper full-power shower after a day of hiking and swimming. As a solo female traveller, I felt completely safe throughout my stay and genuinely well looked after. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations. The breakfast was simple but fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The only small improvement I would suggest would be covering the gaming machines during breakfast service, as this would improve the atmosphere in the dining area. Overall, I would highly recommend Hostal La Isla and would happily stay there again. Excellent value, wonderful staff, and a great base for exploring Menorca."

"We had a fantastic stay at ARTIEM Apartments in Mahón. The apartments were clean, well equipped, and in a great location, but the real highlight was the staff, particularly Andrea and Paula. They genuinely couldn’t do enough to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made a real difference. If there is any opportunity to recognise outstanding service, I would wholeheartedly recommend Andrea and Paula. They are a real credit to the team and deserve recognition for the excellent service they provide. The only area I would suggest improving is the pool canopy. On one particularly hot day, it was closed and couldn’t be opened, which made the pool area uncomfortably hot. On another day, when it was cold and very windy, the canopy was open, again making the pool area difficult to enjoy. It would be great if more staff had the ability to open and close it as needed, or if arrangements could be put in place to adjust it according to the weather. Other than this small point, we had a wonderful stay. The location was great, the apartments were lovely and clean, and they had everything we needed. Most importantly, the staff were genuinely exceptional. We would happily recommend ARTIEM Apartments."

"We had a nice stay. The location is perfect. The staff are all excellent. The administration from booking to checkout was all perfect. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom and shower were large and first-class. The aircon worked well. The public areas are all tastefully decorated. There is a well-stocked honesty bar by the lounge. The minibar in the room is well stocked and free - you only pay for it to be restocked. We didn't use the spa or the gym. The bottom line is we would happily return."

"It was a pretty good place to stay. Not that nicest accommodation, and some parts could do with updating (eg we were excited to see a hammock outside our room - but it was covered in mildew). It was quite quiet which was nice. The staff were helpful at check in and helping to book us an early morning taxi to the airport, and the breakfast was good. It's not very central but still walkable to everything we wanted to do. They were able to provide a rollaway bed for my son so we can two separate sleeping spaces."

"The lights were very difficult to understand of a night time. Air-conditioning was very efficient. Staff were fantastic. There was a Taxi strike when we needed to get to the airport. Sarah was very helpful in trying to find us some transportation, We used the upstairs Roof Terrace and honesty bar both nights."
