Spent one night here on my way back from Chiang Mai before flying home. Place is HUGE. Didn’t really have a lot of time to really explore and observe most of the place’s amenities. But the staff were friendly at least. There was a cockroach in my room so that was tough. Proximity to the airport was nice.

-Very clean room/suite. Staff were extremely professional, helpful, friendly. -Egan ( Manager of front desk) was also extremely hands on with any concerns I asked.
