The hotel boasts a pleasant location and a tranquil environment. The rooms are consistently well-maintained, with fresh linens provided regularly. The view from the hotel is remarkable. The staff members are noted for their friendliness and helpfulness. The cuisine served at the hotel's restaurant is excellent.
Very close to lots of shopping and cafes.
Close to train station.
Rooms with no air-conditioning but clean and bads are comfortable.
Shower pressure very poor.
Good and nice kind staff.

Reasonable hotel. Friendly staff. Room was a bit small as half the room was restricted by the eaves of the building.
Room was clean, bathroom ok but shower strength was a bit weak.
Bar barely stocked as most beers on tap not available. Overall an average hotel stay

The room was great, the balcony looking over the thames was a real nice touch. Food was street style and was really nice.
The issues I had was the WiFi didn't work and being away for business this effected my work.
I got the upgraded room and the room was very nice, but being above the bar and the bar not closing untill what was said 1am but actually 2am by the time people left, meant I didn't get much sleep.
Just be careful in what room your getting and if your expecting a good night's sleep and if your away for work do not rely on there WiFi

We booked 2 Deluxe rooms as part of our visit to the area for a family event.
As such we did not make use of the bar or dining facilities.
We stayed due to the excellent location and were attracted by the fact the hotel was newly reopened after refurbishment.
The good:- location and parking
The not so good:- the rooms we had could in no way be described as Deluxe - the quality of the bedding and furnishings were akin to a Travelodge (no disrespect to them - fair value); the double bed was one of the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel; the shower door could not be fully be opened to access the shower valve; the water pressure was so low that the water barely dribbled from the rain shower and worked (just) on the other shower head if held at waist height; WiFi although free only worked for part of our stay. Sorry but I think the rooms were over-hyped.
Hotel wasn’t too bad; but the room showed in the picture was not the same they gave me, no information about breakfast timing or the free welcome drink (I asked for it).
The cleannesses were ok, breakfast just one option and a few croissant to take.
the staffs were lovely! they were very polite and helpful.
I don’t think the hotel is worthy the money, and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone unfortunately.
OK hotel, unfortunately at the time I stayed the hot water wasn’t working in my room and next to no water pressure, so lukewarm dribble shower.
Room also is pretty small, 2 people would struggle in there.
For a hotel boasting it is refurbished and new, this was terrible. The service was non-existent. The restaurant is a burger van with food served in a foil tray. But I was not advised how to go about getting food whilst I sat at the table with a full ashtray. I left at this point to eat somewhere local. The TV in my room was not set up and even after scanning for channels nothing came up, so had to give up. Wi-Fi was available but not given the password. There is more that was not right but I will not be staying here again even as an emergency like this was.

The hotel was advertised as being recently refurbished. However, it was hard to tell as the decor is dated and the communal areas are definitely aged. The biggest issue with room 209 was the complete lack of water pressure. It ages for the sink to fill and having a shower felt like a pointless experience due to the water pressure being so low, but amazingly the shower/bath still managed to flood the bathroom floor when being used. The bathroom also had a funky smell when I first walked in but was on once properly aired and if you like privacy in the bathroom the windows are not frosted or covered with a blind.
The room was also stifling hot. Only a fan was provided which didn’t help in temperatures over 30c. This meant a very poor nights sleep. Also during my stay I wasn’t able to get the WiFi to work. Not what you’d expect for £90 a night. I would have had a better experience in a Travelodge or other budget hotel

It's was the hottest day of the year and the towel radiator was on full blast. There's were no valves with handles to turn it off, they where small ball valves that required a small flat head screw driver, which obviously I don't carry those around in my travel bag. I went down to report it the staff, who initially asked didn't I want my towels warm, which in 36 degree heat was a piss take. He said he would go and turn the rad off. I went out for dinner, came back later that evening and it was still on blasting heat out! So not great customer service. Other than that the hotel was ok.

l'hotel da poco "rinnovato" presenta davvero lacune basiche.
Camere decenti, ma piccole.
La doccia piccola e senza (o pochissima acqua calda!)
TV presente in camere ma senza telecomando, e non si riusciva ad operare.
Colazione BASICA.
