Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Total disappointment

Left outside waiting in the rain for 20 mins despite calling an hour ahead to then be told I had been moved to a different property. No loo roll or toiletries as stated. The owner advised where I should park and had a not been awoken by people setting up for a market my car would have been blocked in for 7 hours after my departure time resulting in me having to move my car at 5am.
