The cottage is located just 4 km from the village and 15 km from Minerve. The property features ample outdoor space, including a large terrace, a wooded yard, olive trees, and a pine forest. Outdoor furniture lets you enjoy sunny days, and several amenities are available: a pétanque court and a ping-pong table. Hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible right on-site, including the GR77 trail heading toward Minerve. The village features a swimming pool and an archaeological site. Just a few kilometers away, you can also visit L’Oulibo, the iconic olive oil cooperative in Bize-Minervois, and take the opportunity to learn about olive-related traditions and products. Wine enthusiasts can also sample wines from local cooperatives. Inside, the first floor features a kitchen, a dining room, and a cozy living room with a fireplace. A bathroom and a restroom accessible to guests with limited mobility are located on the first floor; an extra bed can also be set up on this level as needed.
