The grounds are beautiful and spacious, but the pool is not heated nor clean. Additionally, our cabin needed a deep cleaning to eliminate spiders and cobwebs. "I thought this hotel would be good based on the photos and ratings, but it was even better than I had expected. I loved the layout of the room with the huge shower. Minor details like the appearance of a double door to enter your room make the room feel like a suite. The pool area was great too and I enjoyed using the gym. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and friendly. Five star rated hotel and five star staff. I highly recommend this hotel to others visiting Puerto Vallarta. The price was well worth it."
