"I have vacationed in Pacific Beach for 40 years. This home was a great find. Much less expensive than Seabrook. Walking distance to coffee shops and downtown Pacific Beach businesses. Quick drive over to the MoClips beach. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the house. The host provided excellent communication and answered any of our questions within minutes. We will definitely be back."

"Relaxing place, we even stayed an extra night because it was so calming. The place is older and so near the water, so it has its quirks. There is an old home smell that comes with being so close to the beach, but the place is very clean and well cared for. You really are one block to the beach, you have a quiet entrance that leads to such a relaxing place to enjoy the beach! They are dog friendly!!! with a towel and even a ball for the dog to take to the beach. It was so perfect, our little puppy couldn't have been happier. There were only 2 places to eat in town, both in walking distance but really they were not that great, you are close to Seabrook and while more expense, of the place has a BBQ out by the hot tub, you could ask to use. Others did while we were there. That being said the coffee shop in the morning is wonderful and a great start to a lazy beach and sun morning! Highly recommend this place if you want to get away, small town relaxation, great hot tubs and kicked back feeling."

"Lovely little cottage that is pet friendly, . Clean and well equipped, except the toaster didnt work and no coffee filters. Vey comfortable and cozy..very close to beach. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed using the deck. The Surfside Pub is just iup the street as well as a small grocery. We will definitely return."

"Excellent location, well stocked house! We had a great stay, being so close to the beach and having a full yard to play in. Kids enjoyed ping pong, puzzles, and the old school arcade games. We adults loved the cleanliness and larger master suite. Hot tub was perfect after a misty day visit at Ruby Beach. Highly recommend. "
