Nice 4 star hotel. Great location on corner of the main street, right across from the beach. Room was well appointed, small but whatwe paid for, there are bigger. Good a/c. Buffet breakfast was very good 8ncluding omelets station. Lunch and dinner are very good quality. The town is small, quaint and not too busy. Ferries available to take you up and down the coast and even over to Capri. Relaxing vacation spot.

The hotel was centrally located and beautifully presented. The pool was fabulous, especially for children as it had bridges and diving boards to play on. The staff were incredibly helpful with all enquiries, even booking things on our behalf. The breakfasts were especially good with a superb choice. I would love to come back!

Super Miaori Hotel

The Reginna Palace is a perfect hotel for a luxury stay in the resort of Miaori. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and modern. The best thing is that ALL the staff are super friendly and very helpful.

Anna at the front desk was wonderful. She was very helpful throughout our visit. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We only used the hotel restaurant for breakfast and the staff was courteous and helpful. If we return to Maiori, we will definitely stay here.

We had an excellent stay overall. Staff were welcoming, helpful and the room was clean and were well set up for a family room. There was a dinner and DJ set on the Saturday night which made getting to sleep hard, but other than that it was excellent.

The staff was so kind and welcoming. They truly made our first visit to the Amalfi coast so wonderful. They even helped us book an exciting day trip to Pompei and Mt. Vesuviano! The property was in a great central area, close walk to the beach, restaurants and ferry port. I could not recommend the Reginna Palace more. We will definitely be back!

The reservation system is a bit sketchy. When we arrived they lost one reservation and did not have a room ready for the second reservation. The rooms are small with minimal amenities and had no air conditioning. Our room was being remodeled and it took two days to get a mirror in the bathroom. The staff was as accommodating as possible given the situation. It sure this would rate as a four star but the staff made up for it.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I paid for a balcony with sea view room. I was looking forward to sitting on the balcony and enjoying some peace, tranquility and a view of the sea. The hotel should have a better description! It was an obstructed view of the sea. It was a view of the main road, with cars and pedestrians. There was a bus stop. One night the police pull over a driver and they conducted a vehicle search, while I watched from my “sea view room” I was very disappointed. I went on vacation to find some quietness. Be aware! The description of the room should be city view with obstructed view of the sea! The beds are very very uncomfortable! It was hard to get a good nights rest.

Nice hotel, nice and very central location

The hotel is located just by the beach, next to the main restaurant street. The swimming pool is very nice, and the breakfast is very good. The standard rooms are very small, we upgraded to a superior room - a very different experience. Service was ok, but we had a lot of problems with transport. We had ordered a taxi from the hotel to pick us up at the airport, it came 40 minutes late - after I had called several times. No excuse when we arrived at the hotel. Then we were leaving, we ordered a taxi (to go to Positano) - we where told that it would come in 20-30 minutes, after 4 hours waiting we gave up / and arranged transport ourselves. Again, no excuse from the hotel. We took a coffe while waiting (after a few hours), we also had to pay for that. So: Nice hotel, nice stay, but the hotel needs to take responsibility also for the transport service.

An experience

The hotel is very central. The room was fine, but it could use cleaning behind the air conditioning, as there was often dust on the wall when it had been switched on. There was also a lot of noise from the street, even though the room is noise-reducing. And Finally the key card to the room did not work most days, which resulted in us having to ask reception to open our room most of the time. Parkering costs 23 euros per day. Sunbeds at the hotel's private beach cost from 35 euros and up - We used rygeregler the public beach most of the time, as This only vist 15 euros for two sunbeds and a parasol (it is located on the same beach). Sunbeds by the pool are often reserved by guests who put their towels down and then leave. Most of the pool is in the shade due to a lot of plants. however, it is cozy. The breakfast has a large selection, and the staff at the hotel are super nice and helpful. However, the a la carte menu at the hotel is not the best. The bar offers cocktails to a very advantageous prices.
