As a Housekeeper myself the bathroom area was not as clean as I would expect for the price of the room rate. Bed was very comfortable though and staff were very friendly and Convenient location.

Motel was fine , needing to cancel change plans was financially onerous through last minute . Despite having used them over the years to book numerous international holidays this will be the last time . You expect cancellation fees but nah … so review is motel fine , last minute have lost my future business .

Overnight Stay

Check-in was quick & front desk staff were pleasant, professional & ready for my arrival. Detailed explanation provided for room location, access to parking & security gates ,use of wifi & smart tv. Room was clean with plenty of room. Tea, coffee, biscuits were well stocked. Room was quiet during the night & bed was comfortable. Would recommend Old Maitland Inn

Nice and clean property. Friendly staff. Very nice pool in the middle of the property. We asked for a late check out, because kids were really tired. And we got a premession straight away :)

A lovely clean place to stay. Spacious well appointed rooms. The only disappointment was we were hoping to get room service for dinner and breakfast as we’d been travelling and didn’t want to venture out. However we were advised that the kitchen wouldn’t be open until the following week.

Home made desserts were very nice. Unfortunately restaurant was only take away and basic menu. Staff were lovely. No cooked breakfast available but had cereal packs. Secure parking was good. Woolies and shopping centre across the road which was handy. We had a good breakfast in the cafe in the centre. Room was very clean but property in need of repairs.
