The location is absolutely perfect — right on the water with beautiful views and close to the boat launch, restaurants, and local spots. It made for an ideal setting for our company team-building retreat.The home itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a group. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy both the indoor and outdoor spaces. The dock was a huge plus and gave us easy access to the lake for boating and morning coffee by the water.The host was extremely accommodating and responsive throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable experience.Highly recommend this property for both personal getaways and group gatherings — we’ll definitely be back!"

"To be clear, we didn’t ski… it is October. The leaves were beautiful. Italy was central to the hiking we enjoyed. Really loved the beautiful farms. Would recommend visiting on Saturday as some of the attractions were only open then at this time of the year. The property was simple and clean. We would recommend it to others and would stay there again if we were in the area."

"This is our go to for our girls wine tasting weekends. It’s like our second home. We go right to our respective rooms to set up as soon as we get there. Beautiful combination of rustic and modern. The property is gorgeous and peaceful. Love sitting on porch with morning coffee to watch the sunrise and the wildlife."

"The only thing we would add is a washer and dryer and have a hard wired dishwasher not portable. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable loved the ceiling fans. And the gas logs really took the chill out of the room very quickly. And the property is beautiful and very private."

"We love it here, and it was such a gorgeous long weekend! We always enjoy our stay here with our friends. It’s a wonderful, spacious, secluded, and generally peaceful get-a-way. We were excited to have beautiful weather this time around, so we were finally able to take advantage of the back yard with the deck, grill and fire-pit! And, of course, we got in a few tastings at Apple Barrel Orchards, Ravine Winery, and Keuka Spring Vineyards! "

"Cozy, Charming Cabin in a Tranquil Setting My husband and I and our two pupsters enjoyed a wonderful three-day getaway here (only wish it were longer). The cozy, lovingly decorated cabin is located on a secluded, tranquil property with lots of land for long walks. Kathy and Ted Grey are wonderful hosts (this was our second stay at one of their cabins). The Greys are friendly and responsive with helpful suggestions for places to visit. We left rested and refreshed with two tired fur babies who loved their long walks around the grounds. We'll be back! "
