"My wife and I stayed with out dog Riley. We had plenty of room to walk daily. Years ago we thought about a cabin like this as a get away, I could have envisioned this as our goal. Well stocked and the host was always available for help.Note: the pond this time of year was a disappointment, very typical of August. Thanks for a great four night stay."

"Overall the property was nice and quiet and the cabin was nicely decorated. There were issues with spiders/webs on most of the walls in the one room and the septic situation was not ideal and only was mentioned once we arrived."

"Our stay was great at this property. Check in was easy as well. This property is at the very end of the East side of Canandaigua lake, so the seaweed was abundant as far as swimming or fishing goes. The owners have a nice variety of kayaks, canoes and a row boat which was awesome. The cottage is charming and has AC which is a huge plus. The grounds are nice and the view is quite beautiful. We did lose power one day due to a storm, our host was great with communication and helping us get the water turned back on. I would recommend this house, you really can't beat the cost of the rental and you do get a lot of bang for your buck. The only downside is parking is really tight, so ensure that you carpool if possible. There is parking at the top of the hill, but space is limited so try to limit vehicles. Overall, really pretty view and on rainy days there are plenty of books and games to keep you busy. We had a great time with our family and would recommend this hidden gem."

"The inside of the house was very nice and clean on the main floor and upstairs. Very functional main house. There were some bugs crawling around the room and bathroom in the basement. The outside was a bit overgrown and could have used a good power washing. The dock was nice once you got down there. We had a couple issues when we got there and the communication was amazing and things were resolved quickly."

"The layout of the cabin was excellent for our purposes, with three living levels and a bath on each of the two main levels. Plus are beds on the third loft level.As to the site it is spectacular, with the large yard, pond with doc and ladder and the Bristol Hills always in view.The place is very well maintained and communication with Stacey was easy.We think that it earned an excellent rating."
