"The description for this place was quite misleading. We were lead to believe that we were renting a small house with a small kitchen but when we arrived it was a large house split into 5 different sections, all with their own renters. The “kitchen” was a microwave, mini fridge and a hot plate with only a pot. There was also no ac and it was miserably hot/humid in our section. The walls were very thin and you could hear the other people in their room and the porch was only divided by a fence and you could see/hear the other rooms. The listing says there’s a washer/dryer but you have to pay to use it and it’s not in the unit. The host was nice and easy to work with but overall I would not recommend this place."

"This property was perfect. Everything was clean and we had just what we needed. The most amazing part was the large porch/deck where we relaxed and played card games. Beautiful view!!!Check-in super easy. Excellent communication from host. Super comfortable beds. Everything clean.I only have one suggestion and this is an easy fix and is not meant to be negative at all. The shower could use a mat, something grippy because the bath tub was extremely slippery. We ended up laying out a hand towel to stand on to prevent falling. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend!"

"I cannot begin to explain the EXCEPTIONAL service, amenities, accommodations and experience at this resort. We fell in love with Hualalai and will 1000% be returning. I came here with my husband for my 50th birthday and was treated with such kindness. The staff here are above and beyond and honestly, as a frequent Marriott Ambassador Elite traveler, I have to say that Marriott’s higher end brands need to step it up to match the class, ease, and care that Four Seasons has shown us. "Beautiful home with amazing privacy, deck, and outdoor spaces. The pool is smaller than it appears in photos and is solar-heated by the sun (no solar panels), so it was a bit chilly on some days. The house itself is spacious, and the host was excellent—very responsive."

"The cottage was very clean and supplied with the necessary amenities. The location of the cottage is in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Outside at night the Coqui frogs can be a little noisy but once you go inside they can barely be heard. Shopping centers and restaurants are 10 to 30 minutes away."

He stayed in communication with me throughout my daughter’s stay. She loved the place, close to some great hiking, coffee plantations. Not far from the beaches and airport. Highly recommended. "
