"Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area. "Not sure if I missed it in the listing but it was a lower level rental with people upstairs. For a light sleeper like myself it was a bit annoying to hear the footsteps above, especially when trying to sleep. Everything else was great."

"I am grateful that this was available for a "late" booking. We were provided everything that we needed, and then some, for a much needed vacation, away from downtown at a great price. Communication was great when an issue arose, that had an quick and easy resolution. Although the other rooms were also booked, everyone was respectful of posted quiet hours and all of the available parking spaces available. I hope to return and get one of the spaces with the ocean views!!!"

"The description for this place was quite misleading. We were lead to believe that we were renting a small house with a small kitchen but when we arrived it was a large house split into 5 different sections, all with their own renters. The “kitchen” was a microwave, mini fridge and a hot plate with only a pot. There was also no ac and it was miserably hot/humid in our section. The walls were very thin and you could hear the other people in their room and the porch was only divided by a fence and you could see/hear the other rooms. The listing says there’s a washer/dryer but you have to pay to use it and it’s not in the unit. The host was nice and easy to work with but overall I would not recommend this place."

"The house was above expectations. Our extended family really enjoyed the property. The house was clean, well kept, and very comfortable. The pool and lanai were a great addition. We spent lots of time together by the pool. The host was attentive and very responsive. Great communication. Great location near the airport. Will definitely stay here again. "

"The place was perfect, the time fell on the major storm and Don made sure my daughter’s stay was safe. Don gave her a late check to accommodate her late flight. He stayed in communication with me throughout my daughter’s stay. She loved the place, close to some great hiking, coffee plantations. Not far from the beaches and airport. Highly recommended. "
