The staff was amazing...warm and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices from fresh coconut, freshly squeezed power drinks and international foods. The hotel is showing its age from the run down carpets and towels now grayish...not white nor fluffy. Its still a great hotel.

This review is for an extra night I stayed at Y2, I booked a smaller room so that I had a place to relax for 8 hours before heading to the airport and they allowed me to stay in my bigger room for no extra cost and was even able to have it between the checkout and checkin time. Seda Residences Makati
Friendly and responsive staff. Clean room and great amenities. I’d forgotten that breakfast was included and was bowled over by the selection and excellent taste. Loved the view from the top floor.
