Great location close to Jonker St but quiet enough. Lovely apartment with view of the canal river and next to the amenities of the hotel. Fittings and fixtures show some signs of aging but still a comfortable stay

Gorgeous Melaka river view and spacious room

Great location, gorgeous river view, spacious rooms. It is just a bit confused at the beginning that Casa Del Rio is a hotel, but Casa Del Rio Residence is another building located next to the hotel, with no reception - so please do read the check-in instruction sent via WhatsApp carefully, as there's no reception available to help you to check-in/out.

besides its strategically located to Jonker Street, otherwise other services are very poor compared to the price paid for the room. (1)Delayed check-out after 12pm strictly not allowed unless with payment;(2)No tissues are provided;(3) fungi grown shown of poor maintenance;(4)basic toileteries are not provided for. Really disappointing stay.
