The studio, located in a building without elevator, is new, modern, cozy and furnished in detail. In the same space there is a living area with a sofa, a television and a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has access to a small private terrace, where our guests will be able to enjoy an aperitif outdoors. The bathroom, complete, is independent.

The area of Soho is undoubtedly the fashionable area of Malaga. In it it is possible to find a range of the best restaurants in the city, new hotels as well as leisure and entertainment spaces. It is also just a step away from the main monuments and museums of the city, so it is not necessary at any time to own a vehicle. All the places of interest can be reached within a walk of a few minutes.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.**

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
