Country house on the outskirts of Comares, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

Located in the Montes de Málaga Natural Park and near the towns of Comares and Colmenar, this house is surrounded by nature and, moreover, just a stone's throw from the capital of the Costa del Sol. Here you can rest and recharge your batteries, and enjoy the tranquility it offers.

The house is distributed on a single floor, with a total area of 130 m2. The interior is rustic and characterized by a warm atmosphere, with wooden beams on the ceiling and a picturesque brick fireplace. The living-dining room shares space with the fully equipped kitchenette.

In this house, you will have four bedrooms available, three with a double bed each (one of which has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub), and one with two single beds. Another bathroom with a bathtub is available for guests.

The house has central heating.

The spacious and well-maintained outdoor area offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the fresh air, thanks to its private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, and the dining area under a beautiful pergola. Next to it, a covered barbecue allows you to prepare delicious meals to delight the whole family.

Access is via an unpaved track.
